INTERVENTION (Access):- Makes those aspiring people who are standing at the last rung of the society aware of education and health and encourages them to participate in the training program to improve their livelihood status.

:- Help Foundation does the work of enrolling dropout children in primary to secondary schools to make education interesting.
:- Arranges for health checkup of children in schools and poor people in villages.
:- The organization works as IEC on the subject of drinking water and sanitation.
:- Works for women empowerment.
:- Grass Root level survey, Assessment, Capacity building works.
:- Coordination with Associate agencies,Bank PRI,Stake holders.
:- Runs community radio stations to implement programmes.
:- Help Foundation voluntary organization is a major organization working at grassroot level in Bahraich and Lakhimpur Kheri and Shravasti districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Programs:- Running Program-
(1) Help Foundation is an Impanle organization under Jal Jeevan Mission, as Implementation Support Agency, is doing IEC work on clean drinking water at grass root level in more than 200 villages in Lakhimpur Kheri district.

(2) The Kisan Public Inter College established in Huzurpur, a development area in district Bahraich, is providing education from primary to secondary level.

(3) In the overall development of Bahraich district, community radio station Sarju 89.6 Mhz is working on subjects like education, health, motivation, earning livelihood through various programs.

(4) Work of publication :-
Book publication work is also being done by the organization.

Completed programs :- (1) By partnering with Mahila Samakhya, BPL women in district Bahraich were linked with self-employment by giving skill training.

(2) Vihaan Girls Residential School is being run in partnership with Mahila Samakhya, Lucknow.

(3) Tree Plantation Program :-
From 2014 till date, more than 1100 trees have been planted by the organization.

(4) Organizing motivation programs in various schools and distributing school bags and stationery.

(5) Till now the work of publication of two books has been done by Help Foundation.
